Sometimes we all get “stuck”. We begin to feel our life holds fewer options and little choice. Your life may be disrupted by negative emotions such as anger or guilt. You may want to make positive changes in terms of giving up smoking, controlling your weight or getting rid of a phobia which limits you. You may not feel very self confident or you may wish you had more motivation, or self belief.
